What's the process?

Send an inquiry through my contact form

This way I get general information about the date, time, and what you need for your event! I will respond within 24-48 hours.
Unless I am traveling or covering an event, I tend to respond even quicker than 24 hours.

Expect to receive a follow up questionnaire and communication

If you would like me for a wedding, elopement, or another large moment, I tend to ask additional questions, so I send a questionnaire to fully understand what you need, what you like, etc.
This gives me the opportunity to understand what you like, how long you'll need me for, if I can provide any other services for you, and other important details.

Let's call or meet over coffee

I can show you my work, we can chit chat, and get to know each other. On a huge day of your life, you shouldn't have a stranger capturing intimate moments. I love to hear about you, your story, and everything in between. I am an open book, so feel free to ask me any questions too. I encourage you to also come with a list of vendors that you may need, as I would be happy to help connect you with talented individuals that I have worked with in the past (I love helping other artists, vendors, etc.)! You can skip this step if you'd like.

You will receive a personalized invoice and contract

This will not be officially in my books until your deposit is made and the contract is signed.

I request a schedule and shot list

I understand things fluctuate as time moves closer! I normally request these to be sent to me by a month before your wedding so I understand where I need to be, when, and what photos are "must haves." I don't know Aunt Linda, Granny, or anyone else, so having a list of who we would like photographed together is majorly helpful for me and your timeline to stay on schedule!

Call before the big day to solidify all the details

On the day itself:

I will arrive to your wedding/elopement an hour prior to the start time, so feel free to let me know if you need a hand with anything while I am there early. Any team member that I bring on site is personally vetted by me beforehand. Anyone that I would invite around your loved ones would be individuals that I would have at my own wedding as vendors due to their talent and personalities.

After your wedding or elopement...

I promise to deliver photos within 90 days or less of your wedding/elopement day. If you have booked a content creator or video team through me as well, their timeline will be provided to you individually.
